Please use vlookup or match formula similar to the syntax given below. Write the formula in 

B2=IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(A2,$C:$C, 1, FALSE)),”Not Exist”,”Exist” )

=NOT(ISERROR(MATCH(A2,$C:$C,0)))

Explanation:

Column A contains the items required.

Column C contains the Items in Stock.

Refer to the formula provided in B2 cell as stated above.

Vlookup formula to check A2 presence in column in C. If it is not present, then it returns the error. 

Iserror is used to check the error, if there is an error, it returns the true value “Non Exist”. Else it returns the False Value “Exists”.
